After an initial rebranding, we developed the brand experience supported by an on- and offline campaign which is constantly improved through a design-thinking process in an on-going collaboration.
With three store locations, Qibi established itself in in Geneva, Switzerland, as one of the most innovative providers of healthy food services like delivery, eating in and take-away, constantly addressing the Zeitgeist of healthy and convenient nutrition.
In developing the core message “Qibi - How Food Should Be” we sought to address our target group honestly and directly in order to create the right platform and brand awareness for future innovations. By creating a clear brand profile on- and offline, rebranding Qibi’s online presence and optimising the customer experience in various channels, we managed to address the market with a coherent brand experience and generate more traffic. One goal was to have the desired brand awareness in order to be able to launch new innovative products in the future.
